Hatha Yoga Sun Salutation Workshop (in English)

Let’s meet for 2 hour workshop for learning, understanding and improving the practice of Sun Salutation.
In the ancient Indian time yogis used to practice 108 sun salutation everyday for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance and wellbeing.
As the Sun Salutation is a combination of different asanas and specific breathing pattern, it works on the full body - already after practicing few rounds it’s helping us to strenghten major body systems - respiratory and circulatory - as well as improving energy circulation in the whole body and removing the energetic blockages from joints.
