This training offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the body and mind
through two complementary ancient sciences—Yin Yoga and Ayurveda. Over six days, you will
explore how stillness, breath, and mindful awareness can restore balance in a lifestyle dominated by
speed and stress. The course provides practical tools to enhance mobility, improve sleep, calm the
nervous system, and support emotional wellbeing. You will also learn how Ayurvedic principles can
be applied in daily life to maintain longterm health and harmony. Designed for both practitioners
and teachers, this program builds a strong foundation for living with greater clarity, balance, and
inner stability.

What Is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive, meditative style of yoga where each posture is held for 3–5 minutes or
more. Instead of targeting muscles, Yin works on the deep connective tissues—fascia, ligaments,
joints—improving elasticity, mobility, and energetic flow.

This practice helps to:
- Increase circulation of blood and prana
- Release physical and emotional tension
- Improve patience, concentration, and inner stillness
- Reduce risk of injury by strengthening connective tissues
- Support healing during menstruation, sickness, or pregnancy

Props such as blocks, cushions, and blankets make Yin Yoga accessible and deeply supportive for all
levels.

The Role of Breath in Yin Yoga
Breath is the bridge between body and mind. In Yin Yoga, slow and deep breathing helps:
- Release tension during long holds
- Guide prana (life force) into blocked areas
- Improve mental clarity and emotional balance
- Support the opening of energy channels (nadis/ meridians)

When prana does not reach a part of the body, stagnation or discomfort arises. Yin Yoga combined
with mindful breathing helps dissolve these blockages.
