Yoga Nidra + Pranayama is a gentle, deeply calming practice that combines the power of

What happens in the class?
The class begins with 30 minutes of pranayama — a slow, balancing breathing practice that
prepares the body and mind for deep relaxation. A breath is a key to control fluctuation of the
mind
The breathing practice is followed by Nidra Yoga, which takes place in a lying position
(Shavasana). The teacher will guide you the full practice, you will go through body relaxation,
visualizations, and deep states of consciousness.
