Traditional Hatha Yoga with Arpit

Hatha Yoga is the ancient style of yoga. Traditional hatha yoga helps us to deepen our practices physically and mentally. In this class we are going to practice asanas with focusing on alignment ( how to do the asanas properly).

Yoga classes take place in the Labo sajūtu laboratorija, Brīvības gatve 214b - 504 (fifth floor), Rīga, VEF.
Pre-registration for yoga classes is mandatory.
